Dr. Rubin简介
Dr. Rubin is a professor of Civil & Environmental engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. He received his PhD degree in 1988 from Tel-Aviv University, Israel. He published more than 100 papers in international journals and two books. His work was recognized with numerous awards, including the Henry Darcy Medal by the European Geophysical Union in 2015.
